Welcome to my island!

I'm Jessica Taylor, author of the young adult thriller, A Map for Wrecked Girls, a Junior Library Guild Selection, available now from Dial Books for Young Readers/Penguin Random House.

I’m also passionate about the Myers-Briggs personality test (I'm an INTJ), the rights of women and girls, all kinds of dogs (my Bichon Frise's name is Lexi), and every variety of olive (the color and the fruit - yes, olives are indeed a fruit). Join me on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for all of the above and for a deeper glimpse into my life. Or sign up for my newsletter to hear more about my books, my favorite read of the month, and all my latest obsessions.

I'm on the road off and on this fall, touring with A Map for Wrecked Girls and hopefully coming to a town near you. In the month of September, you can find me at the Decatur Book Festival in Decatur, Georgia; Berkeley, CA with Alexandra Sirowy and Stephanie Kuehn; Pasadena, CA for Pasadena Loves YA; Los Altos, CA with Sharon Huss Roat; and celebrating Moxie, my favorite book of the year with Jennifer Mathieu in Berkeley, CA. For more details and October and November dates, check out my events page.

Readers are my favorite kind of people, so feel free to spend some time on my website, check out my social media sites (all at the bottom of the page), or send me a note.

Stay tuned for details about my next book! Thank you for stopping by!

xo,

Jessica
